Beginning July 10th, 2017, Almena State Bank will assess the following for Certificate of Deposits:
When cashing or redeeming a Certificate of Deposit, there will be an Early Withdrawal Penalty of 3 months interest with a term of 12 months or less, and 6 months interest penalty for terms over 12 months.
Partial withdrawals on a Certificate of Deposit are allowed, with a 7 day interest penalty.
Deposits into an existing Certificate of Deposit will not be allowed.
